Our

Fences:

Great looking

 1. How long does it take you to install the fence?

Because of many styles and colors we are offering, we don’t stock them, and make them upon request. There are also at least 10 days curing/drying time.  For the project of 300 feet or less usually it takes up to 3 weeks. On the larger project it depends on a quantity and weather issues.

2.  Can it be installed by myself?

Yes, depending on the heights 2-4 strong men can install the fence without crane.

3.  How much are the panel weights?

Depending on the panel  80- 150 lb, weight of the post depends on the heights 50-150lb.

4.  Are any special tools required for doing the installation yourself?

Post hole digger /auger, shovel, level, concrete cutting saw, 2x2 or 2x4 wood stick as length of the panel.

5.  How do we have to go on the slop?

On a long distance 50+ feet the best way is to go by the ground level.

If the fence line is shorter or smooth the best way is to set first post and some 2x4 on the end to provide the same height and put the rope line on top. Because of the slop one side always is going to be lower and will not have the bottom support, so we cut that missing piece (2x2 by height are  the difference is)  from a 8x16 building cement block. Put that piece on the lower side into post channel to provide the panels level. You can also put some brick under the lower side of the panel and some concrete around to secure it.

 6.  Is there any special instruction for installation?

To avoid any mistake in the measurements we recommend going section by section.  Install and secure with some concrete around the first post. Them put the second post but do not secure it so you can move it as needed to tide the panels.  Put piece of 2x4 or 2x4 on the ground near the second post to hold the panels a little higher the level is. Install the panels into first post channel and move the second post toward the panels and secure it. Now take out the wood piece that holds the panels. Go to next section.

        7.  Can this fence be painted?

Yes you can color it. Usually we use color pigment in to the mixture. Also it can be brushed or sprayed over using any exterior paint which is good for cement.

        8.  Can the panels be used as a retaining wall?

We don’t recommend using our fence and/or panels as a retaining wall.

        9.  Does your fence require any maintenance?

Not really. You can pressure wash it once a couple years as needed. For the best result it can be sealed with wet look cement sealer which would add much more protection and better locking.

        10.  Can the panels be removed/exchanged?

Yes, if needed the panels can be removed for getting in to back yard or if you decide to change the style, color or any other reasons.

Never rot or rust
